My son’s class was canceled several times without any explanation. My son will wait for the couch to log in but he never did and the couch stopped answering the messages. I emailed the support team and they will not email back. I was forced to schedule cover up classes because in their system it will show up like my son did not join even though he did. But the couch didn’t even show up for the cover up classes. I live in NYC and I paid in advanced for all the classes. We’ve got scammed by this program and I am writing this to make people aware of what type of program it is. Be careful, don’t enroll your kids in this program
Hobspace chess management are very polite only till we make them payment after that they are not even bothered if the child attends the class or not.The child was waiting for the class but she was not allowed to enter don’t know the reason when questioned there was no reply.No clarification till now.
